The house was exactly as it was listed in the VRBO. Communication with the host was excellent excellent. They responded efficiently and quickly. The only setback was just trying to get on the Wi-Fi, but the host remedied that soon enough. It was a great price For what was offered. It was no frills, but very comfortable and met all our needs.

Very clean and comfy house!

This house was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend trip to see friends in Wichita. All of the beds are super comfy, which is always a huge relief with vacation rentals. You never know what you're gonna get, but this house didn't disappoint in any way at all. Highly recommend?

This worked out great for us. We were in town for dance competition and we weren’t far from the dance competition which was very convenient. The house was nice, clean and very comfortable.

Guys weekend

Clean & nicely decorated

Pros: Very clean, GREAT communication with owner, updated decor, open floor plan, well stocked kitchen cookware (could use a few more large plates though), immediate area newer homes, park in back of house, garage, kids bikes and wagon. Cons: older/rundown homes just outside neighborhood, but still felt safe, no garage door remote, master bedroom door doesn't shut. Overall I would definately stay here again!

Everything as described. Perfect for a weekend of volleyball. Close to the gym and places to eat. House was clean and and garage was a plus!
