Basically a budget hotel at budget price. Lighted parking lot, close to businesses, towels and rooms were clean which is also a negative because they probably use too much bleach the sheets had holes in them. Overall it's a handyman special with a bathroom toilet that's way too short, faucet you can barely get your hands under because it sits too far back, trim falling off and filled with caulking. Outlets for nightstand are in the lamp two feet above the bed. Exit doors from hallways don't close and latch so they slam every time someone enters or exits. The 'Ice machine' is a chest freezer with an open bag of ice from the gas station with a scooper.

Very shady management. Checked in with no issues then about an hour later was told that hotels com called the hotel and cancelled my reservation. Which I found out later was not true. I was then told I would have to pay again in order to stay. That goodness hotels com refunded the money I was charged for my stay.

The picture on the reservation did not look anything like the building. The check-in overhang had been removed. There were NO cars in the parking lot and the building looked like it was vacant. We called them to make sure we were in the right location. The next morning there were two other cars in the parking lot. The nightly fees posted on the inside of the room door were nothing like the fee we had paid in advance-they were excessive-$228.00 for 2 people for 1 night. No way I would have paid that much.

Booked and checked in late. Room was extremely hot but a/c worked to cool it down. Tried to shower but only the tub faucet worked so we were not able to shower! Very disappointing. No one was at the front desk to mention that to in the morning.

A man walked into our room at 10 pm while we were laying on the bed, how I don’t know the door was shut! We double locked the door then at 4 am someone locked on our door after ignoring that the same thing happened again at 5am. My husband got up and yelled- what do you want? We got up and left at 7am . Told the lady at the desk, she said sorry!

Love this UPDATED AND SUPER CLEAN MOTEL

This is really a small town gem that’s conveniently close to the city The staff are more than helpful and very courteous and the rooms are 100% updated and super clean This was the first time I have ever felt I was in a clean and sanitary and pest free hotel I’ve ever experienced It’s not super fancy but it’s very modern and hands down the best shower than any hotel in the area They are pet friendly and by far the most relaxing time I’ve had in a while simply because I had my dog with me and felt clean and safe for the first time in a hotel I’ve experienced in a very long time The only thing I wished they had was breakfast But at the great rates I’m not complaining

The rooms were great for what we paid. The location was easy to access from a major highway. However, i was provided with 3 different check in times and when I went to check in I waited at the desk for 30 minutes while ringing the bell every 5 minutes and did not receive service. So I left and came back 30 minutes later and ther were 2 people behind the desk. They did not have the booking correct. I paid for 2 rooms and they tried to only give me 1. Then my rooms were separated because of this.
