Always a great stay! A lovely suite, perfect for my size and needs. Clean, great location. I'll go again, and again. The only complaint would be the hot tub doesn't 'jet' and the ceiling fans on high tend to keep the room, and pool, a bit chilly. When I hear indoor, heated pool I think something different. ;)

The staff was delightful, and bent over backward to meet my needs. I was traveling with cats, and they were very careful to make sure the cats were safe at all times and did not get accidentally let out of my room. Courtney, the manager, and the gentleman who is the chief engineer were particularly helpful and kind! The room was clean and comfortable. The layout didn’t make sense in some ways (the kitchen was so narrow that the dishwasher won’t open all the way, and the TV stand isn’t oriented to face either the seating area or the bed.) But overall a very good experience. I would recommend to anyone, especially those traveling with pets!

This has generally been our go to place to stay in Wichita. They do serve a great breakfast, and the facility is beautiful. The only real concern was that we waited 15 minutes while the front desk person was on the phone trying to check in. I gave up and tried to check in through the Hilton app, but it wouldn’t generate the digital key to open the room. I sent my son downstairs to get physical key cards while I waited with the luggage, and before he could get them, another phone call came in and instead of putting them on hold, she cut off my son's request and took the call. After traveling several hours, it's off-putting to be treated this way.
