The staff members were extremely kind and helpful. The accommodations were nice. The breakfast was really good. The parking lot was well lit, which I really appreciated because I had to come and go in the dark. Only suggestion is to please have more of the honey crisp apples. They were simply delicious and a very nice treat when coming and going late and the dining area was closed. This was my first time and I will definitely stay at your hotel again. Again, everyone was very nice and customer service oriented. Thanks!

It was clean. The second floor smelled like what I’d imagine a marijuana dispensary smells like! It was so strong. The rooms were under stocked like no Kleenex, no conditioner, only three pillows on a king size bed, no extra pillows or blankets for pull out couch.

This is probably the worst experience I’ve had with the Hilton brand. I recently stayed four days in this hotel and my room was not clean for the first three, despite not having my tag on my room and requesting it from downstairs. Housekeeping, staff were very dismissive and so are a few of the front desk if I’m being honest. In general, I’ve never had an experience with Hilton where there was agnostic approach towards everything. Cigarette butts on the patio? Oh well… Not enough food in the breakfast line at 8 AM? Oh well… Maybe it was my experience, but I’ll not be returning to this hotel.

Our stay was great as always. We stayed in room 102 and the only thing I would change is the pressure out of the shower head or maybe the shower head itself. It was barely enough to wash out the shampoo from your hair. Other then that this property is were we would rather stay when we come to Wichita over anywhere else.
