My parents stayed at this hotel and both of them fell in the slippery bathtub. My dad is badly injured with possible broken ribs. They complained to mgmt. I, their daughter, will be flying to pick them up as they are unable to continue their vacation and contacting a lawyer as well.

Tile just slapped up, not even straight with mismatched grout slipped in, dirty/missing caulk around the toilet & wires for the tv just sticking out of the wall.
