Television in the room would cut in an out losing signal. I went to the front desk for a resolution but was told it was "IT Issues" and they couldnt do anything about it. I spent the night staring at the wall until I went to bed. Everything else was fine.

The room was very clean and temperature very comfortable which created a very pleasant and cozy stay. Every encounter with staff was wonderful. Their demeanor was professional and we were greeted with a kind word and smile by everyone. We were very impressed and enjoyed our stay immensely.

The shower wand connection to the water pipe coming out of the wall leaked badly, bleeding off most of the water pressure, resulting in a shower that was a mere trickle of water. Very disappointing! Also, the bed was unusually bouncy, resulting in either of us moving or turning over causing such bed movement that it woke up the other. also, the room had no microwave, which is pretty standard for hotel rooms these days. ADVICE: have your maintenance people be PROACTIVE rather than REACTIVE !!! The guest shouldn't have to be your fault informants...your maintenance people should be finding this stuff and fixing it BEFORE it inconveniences a paying customer. Also the only floor with an ice machine was the 1st floor...terrible. This was the only hotel that I haver stayed in that didn't have an ice machine on every floor!

Staff were phenomenally helpful. We arrived late after driving 10 hours. I was in the car with my mom and dad who are in their mid 80s. My mom was sick in the car and couldn't make it to her hotel room. The staff were understanding and helpful. also, my dad was rushing to grab both of their luggage and he handed me my water bottle through the door and he dropped it and it broke over the entrance driveway the female attendant with the pretty blue and purple hair was so kind to rush out and help and insist that I not pick the glass up off the ground myself I apologize, but I appreciated her attitude. The only thing I would say is that because we are on the road and my mom was sick. We had to pull over to get a hotel room at which point I jumped on my apps to reserve two rooms for us and the easiest way to do that was through a third-party app which in this case was hotels.com and I was told that I would not be able to collect my IHG points and from the reservation, which I think is, if that's a policy that's a bad policy because I chose. I still chose Holiday Inn express or IHG off the list of hotels that was available to me. It was just more efficient whilst I was driving in the car with two people in their mid 80s to use the third-party app if it's still possible to get credit for those points, I would appreciate it. Thank you.
