Hotel is old & being renovated. I was put in the 3rd floor end that had already been updated. Shower doors didn’t align & were difficult to work. Floor really smelled of paint & glue from the work. Notified front desk who said they would be right up & never heard from them. Jokes on ceiling around sprinklers. There is almost zero cell service in this area & the WiFi was sketchy at best. Avoid this location if you have options!

Tater tots were cold and soggy tasted old. Pillows sucked felt clumpy and lumpy I could hardly sleep. Room smelledfunny and it was a none smoker too . Front desk lady was kinda rude when I checked in. I asked if the pool was open and her first comment was that I couldn’t bring in other people that weren’t listed as guests.

My mom had to book a room for me while I was driving for 9hrs over the weekend. She called to pay in advance for my dog, and the couple of times she tried doing so, the man on the phone would hang up on her after he asked if she was calling to book a room (the room was already booked, so she said no). She ended up calling Orbitz and they were more helpful. Called the hotel for a final time and the man finally stayed on the line. We’ve never had issues like this before. The hotel itself was outdated, same with the rooms, so all that hassle wasn’t even worth it and I feel terrible that my mom had to call multiple times just to pay.

The rooms are ok and the beds were comfortable. We stayed in a newly refurbished Hampton Inn in Moore OK that sets a new standard that eventually this one will be transformed into. Construction boxes I. The parking lot so maybe that’s the plan for this one.
