Rooms were not clean. Called the front desk and manager wanted to hand me the sheets so I could change the bedding, staff member gave me another room instead. Hair was all over the sheets and in the bathroom. Not a very pleasant stay. Will not stay at the Hampton Inn again.

Pleasent just not comfortable

The service was excellent. The employees were very kind, gracious and welcoming. The hotel building is starting to look a little rough. Carpet on the 2nd floor hallway looks stained (although it may be somewhat by design). The bed was old, lumpy and very uncomfortable. Towels were clean, but mismatched. There was some hair in the shower. The shower handle felt as if it was about to fall off. We really did appreciate the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They were made with "clean" ingredients (other than fragrance). We felt peaceful and welcomed here, just not comfortable.

There was black mold in the vents and we woke up feeling ill with a lot of respiratory issues. We didn’t see the mold until the next morning. The wall paper was coming off of the walls and there were cobwebs all over the ceiling corner area. The chair in the room was covered in stains and dirty.
