Everything about the hotel was clean, the carpets needed to be replaced. The WiFi was WORTHLESS! tried to send emails and use iPhone and signal never lasted past 15-20 minutes! I will look at the hotel reviews more closely before booking at comfort inns again.

Hotel looked a little run down. Had musty smell throughout. Room was not very clean. Missing shampoo holder and the conditioner was empty. Had to lift up on the handle to open the closet. Pool needed some serious cleaning. Water was greenish and a lot of small trash on the bottom of the pool. Beds were pretty decent.

I have stayed here many times over the years. In my recent stay, the condition has dropped. There were patches on the walls, a hole in the bathroom door, missing tile in the bathroom, and the entire floor reeked of marijuana during the whole stay.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar, bugs in our Bathroom and mini fridge crawling around. Linens were clean and no bugs in the beds that we saw. Parking felt safe. Breakfast was standard and kept up. The hotel is well traveled, in need of a facelift . The elevator made sounds and was a bit scary sometimes

I checked into my room and found that the restroom was locked. So, I called the front desk and was informed that they were going to send someone to the room to open. I waited for an hour and no one came. I found a solution & managed to open it myself by using a coin. We kept our quarter on standby so we could unlock the door should it happen again.

Arrived there past the check in time but still had to wait close to 1 hour for our room. The room was clean but not impeccable. The elevator has seen better days and could use an update on its flooring. I suggest tile instead of carpet. I do appreciate the staff for doing the best they can to.prepare the room. It was a busy 4th of July weekend. They were very accommodating with our 2 dogs. My husband realized that he forgot his special pillow. 16 miles out so I called the front desk. They had it ready for me.

We found hairs on our pillow cases. Mold in the shower. The bathroom tub faucet leaked, created a huge puddle of water overnight on the floor. The indoor pool water was freezing cold. Paint was flaking off of the pool deck. As my son put, it, "no wonder this is a 2 star hotel.
