Automatic lock on front door would not lock. Four hours after I notified the host they said they would send someone to fix it and they never did. The VRBO isn't in the safest location and that isn't satisfactory. No coffee pot in the place and no email with instructions to access the place and no instructions about checkout. Terrible experience!

This rental property probably would be bette if it wasn’t winter, took a while to actually get warm had to purchase candles. Wasn’t the original first choice but made due. Would book again, thank you!
