We observed insects/bugs in our room in bathroom sink area. My wife killed two before retiring for the night and then another in the morning. We also experienced abnormally loud noises coming from the streets around the hotel from 11:30pm to past 1pm. The property was in good presentable condition, however, the experience with the insects was very dissatisfying.

Above and beyond!!!!

From the moment I called to check parking height restriction, Jenna set the bar pretty high. She not only answered the questions I had, but begin to make sure my stay exceeded my high expectations. Then checking in Trevin continued the hospitality and above and beyond service. As a solo traveler, I can not remember the last time, service exceeded my expectations. These guys definitely did!!! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Check in was great, I will say our room was really warm and wouldn’t go any lower than 70 and the shower head is either broken or needs deep cleaned because the water came out with so much force is all directions so matter what setting it was on and it was almost painful to stand directly under it because it had so much power
