The hotel clerk was very rude. She was uninviting and very unconcerned about me as a customer. I have stayed at this same hotel numerous times beginning in 2023. I have never had a staff member to be mean and rude. She also charged my card twice for incidentals. Had this been my first experience with tru, I never would have returned ever again.

Stay tonight was not good. Made an overnight rest stop while on a long interstate road trip. The paper thin walls in the hotel resulted in loud noise coming from an adjacent room at 3am, and again at 530am, keep in mind my stop was only for a short 5 hour stay at the hotel. Contacted front desk regarding the issue and the attendant was unable to address the issue and asked that I look around for where noise coming from, rather than coming to the hallway to inquire l. I woke up without the needed rest I paid for during this stay. I may have to reconsider next time I reserve at this hotel.

It was absolutely disgusting. My bed had many many numerous hairs inside of it. I just can't believe that it was so gross I had a hard time sleeping I ended up getting everything changed from laundry, but even after that it was just horrible. Not only was it gross but we had people running up and down the Halls at 11:00 at night. Staff didn't do anything about it. Very disappointed very very disappointed.
