HOUSE RULES

- Check-in from 2:00 pm | Check-out by 10:00 am
- Please send your flight/ferry arrival and departure details plus your bedding
configuration at least 2 week before arrival, so we can book your transfer to the property and have the beds set up right for your group
- Maximum occupancy is the number of guests on your booking — no extra overnight visitors
- No parties or events
- No smoking inside the property

- Quiet hours 10:00 pm – 7:00 am — please respect our island neighbours
- Children are welcome — porta cot, high chair and baby gear available on request

Having stayed in multiple houses over the island, this one has the best view, and easy access/close to the marina out of the lot

House was not thoroughly cleaned and had a problem with cockroaches. There was no instruction booklet to advise guests of house rules (like where to dispose of garbage or checkout procedures). Host was very responsive but pest issue made us decide to leave a day early.
