Surprisingly good standard rooms above busy pub. Staff pleasant and helpful. Quiet overnight and 5 minutes walk to beach. Be aware parking is not included and parking charges in Whitstable are high

the hotel itself was great, staff were very helpful. They could do with installing double glazing in the building however, as it got quite noisy early in the morning given how close traffic / heavy lorries pass to the hotel. We were in the top floor, but were still woken up by it early doors!

Great location, right in the centre of town but did mean our room, with single glazed windows, was extremely noisy. Other than that, everything was great about the hotel and room. The staff were great, the breakfast delicious, the room and bathroom were huge and well appointed.
