We enjoyed our stay, particularly sitting around the fire rings meeting nice people from all over and sharing smores and stories , Location was very convenient to Glacier Np and the cafe was convenient.

It was all wonderful. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the tent very much it was very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and showers were clean. The little food stand had really good food. There was a few fire pits with free smores too I can’t wait to stay there again

We loved it! Tents were under the trees and ours had parking at our tent, and the king bed was comfortable. Loved the reception tent with 24hr coffee and s’mores supplies every night. The cafe has great food! Would def stay again! The fresh air of sleeping outside, without any packing of gear .

This is a stunning campsite, beautifully maintained. Our tent was wonderful and every detail was taken care of. The lodge was stylish, as were all the firepits and hammocks. The nearby road and railway are noisy, but they provide earbuds for the nights. If this is representative of all Under Canvas campsites, I would go back in a heartbeat.

The under canvas property was very nice. The tent was lovely and as described. My only complaint is that the property is very close to the highway and a train station. Both make it much louder than expected.

The place is pretty awesome! A bit loud as other reviews mentioned, but not nearly as bad as we expected. I’m a very sensitive sleeper, but was able to sleep reasonably well. Food is awesome! Staff is super helpful!

Great place. Glamping vibe 100! Cute canvas tent. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of firewood. Make sure your electronic devices are charged as you will not have any power and their charging devices are hit and miss. Staff was great. Was raining hard the whole time but the fire inside the tent kept us warm. Super fun and romantic. Showers only stay on if you keep pumping the nozzle but def a glamping vibe. Recommend this place but come prepared for the experience.

It's just like camping without the setup and the takedown and much cleaner. Come here knowing that it is a very bear aware site and no food in your tents, which is normal for the area; it's a bit of a pain but understandable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, if you're a light sleeper, trains, other tent zippers, dogs, conversations, traffic, and early birds can be an issue. There are fun activities and its close to Glacier Park. So use the ear plugs and hone your stove fire starting skills (gets cold at night!) and you will be fine.

Under Canvas does a good job of filling a particular niche of accommodation. My review is in comparison with another one in the Black Hills one year ago which had a much larger lounge and dining area, and was situated in a quiet location. The Glacier location is just off the noisy main road through the park, with railroad tracks running alongside it and trains rumbling and whistling at all hours of the day and night. The reception and lounge area is small, but hot coffee at 5:30am was much appreciated. A limited menu of food items is available at a walk-up cafe with outdoor seating only. However, we needed a room at the last minute and were grateful they had availability. If you get a Deluxe tent with en suite bathroom, the price, including taxes and fees, is very high compared to other lodges in the area.

Cool concept, but we ended up leaving a day early because it’s right by the highway and trains were coming through all night. Nobody got any sleep, even with earplugs. It was also extremely cold and then we would use the wood stove in the tent and it was too hot.
