This is a deplorable hotel.Old and shabby. Carpets are dirty and frayed. We spent 4 nights and not once did housekeeping service our room. My husband had to get clean towels from front desk. He ask how often they cleaned and they said every day. He requested service but it made no difference.

The man who checked us in was pretty ambivalent about us being there, almost unfriendly. During our two night stay, we realized he was an anomaly. The rest of our experience there was terrific. We would stay there again and recommend to others.

Staff not very friendly upon check in. Hotel is very old and outdated. Told staff 3 times toilet was constantly running and nothing was done about it. Mattress very old and lumpy as well as the pillows. Sheets were stained. Outlets by the tv didn’t work. Carpets need a good cleaning. Breakfast buffet was decent and shower was awesome.

Great stay once we got into our room

We enjoyed our stay, and everything was just fine except that the 4 pm check in time was not when our room was ready. It was after 6 pm before our room was finished with cleaning and ready for us to occupy.

Our air conditioner had a horrible rattling noise. When we checked in the young man at the desk did not give us any directions to room/elevator and we ended up walking a long way around. No wifi info given. Hotel is confusing as far as setup. The hot tub looked bran new but could only fit 3 to 4 people in it. Buffet was ok.
