When service is so bad, the rest is secondary. We checked in late, and the room had used towels in the bathroom, quite disgusting so early next morning we told the front desk to make sure the room needed to be cleaned properly and they took note. We came back at 7pm and IT WAS NOT DONE! the front desk employee explained me that they are short-handed, ridiculous answer, when that is why you pay! After reaching the manager, they moved us to another room, no king beds available! Beyond that, carpets are worn out and dirty, AC stuck at 68 and very cold, wi-fi terrible at 5 mbps, huge hotel without restaurant-bar. Sonesta group is to be out of my list.
