The room was very clean & the staff were very helpful. There wasn’t an elevator, however the staff were so thoughtful & carried my bags up to my room. For a 80 year old it so very much appreciated.

It is an ok place when staying one night in Kalispell for travel purposes. It was the most cost effective option available so that we could catch a flight out of airport in the morning. Not very clean and supplies (body soap pump) had not been refilled. Had to cleanse body with shampoo.

The place was a jump. I couldn’t even walk myself or my family through the front door. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. People were living there permanently. The outside was junkie and trashy with toys and chairs and trash absolutely horrible. Yeah I lost my money, but I wasn’t staying in that dump.

Room was visably dirty and sheets were stained. Pillows were about 5 cm thick and slips through the crack in the headboard. The shower backed up and the bathroom light had no cover, making the ceiling and insulation clear. This hotel should be max 80$ a night NOT $230….

Beds were comfy and bedding smelled clean. Bathroom needed a good scrub and the floors throughout the room were sticky. Not sure what was used to mop the floors. Breakfast: tables were messy. Food was running out and not being monitored or filled. Sorry, but would not recommend.
