The parking area was adequate. The check-in staff was less than personable. Air conditioning was not an issue but the base board heating was not working. The wall mounted emergency heating was adequate. There were two adequate bath towels, no hand towel or wash rag. The room had a microwave and small refrigerator but no coffee maker. With no guest facilities in the lobby, that makes for a less than pleasant start to a business day.

We paid extra for our dog. The bed cover had not been washed since the last dog, which made me very worried about bedbugs! The pillows must have been mistakenly re-routed from the dumpster! Rock hard and flat. Finally, the toilet water ran all night without stopping. However, although there was no breakfast at all, the coffee was fresh! I have stayed at Aero Inn several times in the past. I always really like it. Although it has few amenities, it has always been friendly and CLEAN. I'll try it again another time, but this stay was very disappointing.

This is an older hotel that should receive some updates to the outside and inside. We felt our room was clean and functional with the main negative comment is that the mattresses need updating. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in/out was fine---even got a late check out time. Breakfast was poor and pool area was not open. Was one of the least expensive options in town, and probably showed why.

Helpful, friendly staff. The rooms need help. First, they are musty and lack ventilation. I would have opened a window but there are no screens. Isnt there safety liability for that on the 2nd floor? The shower head pipe going into the wall is exposed and wiggly. The soap and shampoo dispenser offerings are Dial and Dial. I had second-hand embarrassment for whoever does the continental breakfast. Two dispensers of cold cereal, bread and a broken toaster?? You'd bw better off eliminating that and just provide decent coffee.

My room was very clean and comfortable. You might think about replacing mattress, as it sagged deeply on the left side. Breakfast was good, however the apples need to be replaced with fresher, less bruised ones.

The room had been remodeled. The bed was clean and comfortable. The parking area was clean with plenty of room to park. The lady at the front desk with the glasses on was super friendly!
