I booked through a third party and the clerk said they’re going to take a $15 amenities payment for parking in their parking lot. But if I find another place to park they will stlll charge me the amenities fee. The third party app says free uncovered self parking. I’ve stayed in a good number of hotels through this third party and never had an amenities charge at the hotel. Did I miss an alert? I looked back and if there is a warning it’s easy to miss but I don’t think there was one. Awful desk people. They just kept saying it wasn’t in the third party charge.

Rude guests can ruin a stay.

Front desk team member was exceptional! She was friendly, helpful and professional, Restaurant breakfast was delicious and the service excellent! Room was clean and nicely organized. I got zero sleep from the noise in the hallway. Sounded like a soccer game going on with doors banging even my door had someone pounding on it or a ball being thrown against it. What could have been a 5 star experience was marred by the level of noise. Probably wouldn"t come back.

Beautiful lobby area which connects to an on-site lounge, which was equally as beautiful. At check-in we received a complimentary voucher to try a Tapa at the lounge. Would definitely stay again when I’m in the area.

Room next to our was extremely rowdy and noisy not for a short period of time but throughout the whole night from 10:30 PM all the way to 5:30 AM. I tried to call the front desk from the phone in my room unfortunately the phone was broken. Needless to say my wife and I did not sleep all night.

The front desk couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful - but only one of two elevators were working for the entirety of my stay which made the wait ridiculous. I would have taken the steps but they were doing some sort of construction work all day and I wasn't able to access the stairs. The hotel is is okay but it is in major need of some upgrades. The carpet throughout looks like it was ripped from the floors of Atlantic City casinos 30 years ago. The restaurant/lounge downstairs is very nice, and again - the staff was SO accommodating and they are the only reason I'm any positive comments.

During my recent stay at that hotel, I experienced a serious inconvenience regarding the elevators. I was staying on the top floor, and when I went to check out in the morning, I discovered that both elevators were out of service. As a guest with a foot condition, I was forced to take the stairs, which was extremely difficult and uncomfortable. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that elevator service would not be available until 8:00 a.m. or sometime thereafter. Additionally, when I first arrived, only one elevator was functioning, despite the hotel being at high occupancy due to a wedding party. Considering these circumstances, I was left feeling both uncomfortable and greatly inconvenienced. I believe this matter warrants serious attention to prevent similar experiences for future guests.

Great stay for events

Loved the hotel. I came in for my friends wedding and we all enjoyed the bar social in the evenings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel if you are having a wedding or other event in the area.
