We enjoyed our stay. We got our room cards right away. Parking was available right near our rooms as we were first floor. The king bed was nice and we slept well. The sofa was good. The lights and black out curtains were good. The heat worked well. The bathroom was nice. The shower products were great. The shower curtain was NOT as effective as I would like which meant the floor got wet so ask for extra towels. There were only a few draws. Bring hangers with you. The pool was warm enough but in the night it is gloomier than I would prefer. These draw backs lead me to dock 1 star. The breakfast was good (make your own waffle station, serve yourself stations of bacon, sausage, eggs, bagels, muffins, juices, fruits, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, tea, and coffee). I would recommend it and would stay again.

There was a dog next to my room constantly barking. My son is autistic and it was just insane. I was told that the guest could not be moved to another room because she just checked in. I have been a regular customer and I explained that it was not fair that I had to move to another room. I checked in two days prior. Beverly, front desk attendant, stated that the guest had a Service Dog. That the guest provided documentation. Now, I knew the dog next door was not certified because a special needs service dog would NOT bark 24/7. I always made sure that every time I made a monthly reservation, I would speak to Josiah, who was so nice. To sum this up, I will NOT be going back. My son was crying and very uncomfortable. They suggested me to change rooms when I was already there before the lady came in with a Barking Dog! I’m so disappointed, disgusted, and appalled! NEVER AGAIN! They basically accommodated a dog over an autistic child!!! WHO DOES THAT!!! SMH!!! Moving forward, I will be going elsewhere! If you have a special needs child… DO NOT GO THERE!!!
