The rooms are very nice was a little cool at night, though the first night but then tended to warm up but they were lovely. Service was fine. Everybody was very pleasant and I loved Linda and the provision shop. What a sweetheart it’s things like that really kind give a real personal feeling to places I think and then yeah we had a great time

Overall this is a lovely resort, though it could use some improvements. We visited over New Year’s and the NYE gala was great! Staff & bartenders were fantastic! Nice views and clean room. A few notes… outdoor activity center was locked and signage/x-country trail directions were not great. Ski trails not well groomed. Sundries shop could use some travel sized medicines/toiletry products. Would be nice to have complimentary fresh brewed coffee in the lobby each morning. Overall though a nice place to stay

The rooms were lovely and spacious with nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The lobby is welcoming with a nice gas fireplace and big bar area. The Tavern is middling (stick with fries & burgers!), and the breakfast buffet is disappointing. If the cost of breakfast is not included in your room, do yourself a favor and skip the $20+ buffet and drive a mile down the road to Grandma's kitchen for a fabulous, much cheaper breakfast! The grounds of the hotel are lovely and our kids LOVED going to the farm out back to pet the goats, llamas and donkeys. The pool was great for the kids, and parking was easy. We enjoyed our winter stay (almost everyone at the hotel was there to go to Santa's Village!), and would like to come back and enjoy the summer offerings. The only drawback is the lack of good food options in the area, you feel stuck eating at the hotel tavern, which is mediocre.

Major issue was that the coffee and waters were not replenished after i arrived. No replenishment on friday or saturday. Dinner menu options very limited and , no salad, and sword fish tasteless. Free Coffee available all day in lobby would be a plus, clearibg if snow coukd have been much better on back entrance and front entrance as well.

Mountain View Grand Resort was incredible! We went in December, so it was a winter wonderland, and the Resort was full of holiday charm. The property is beautiful, clean, and has great amenities. The best part is the staff. We were only there a couple of days, but it felt like we had been there forever because of how engaging, helpful, and wonderful everyone was. You can have a great weekend getaway with friends and family here. I cannot wait to go back!
