We stayed one night. The room was great for what we needed it for. The shower water didn’t get hot but wasn’t freezing at least. My only complaint would be that it didn’t appear that the lower level back door locked after a certain time. Everything else was great

The location was perfect but the room was very outdated and dark. Rug was full of stains and pull out couch mattresses were so old, stained, and extremely uncomfortable. Staff was very pleasant.

Check in was quick and easy, our room was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to see the beds made up and fresh towels provided after our first night. Breakfast was nice, with an assortment of cereals, waffles, makings for breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, etc. I'd recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

Room was not ready at checkin, but cleaning crew was able to finish it quickly and cleanly. Nice friendly staff. If we need to stay in area, our go to hotel.

Got to the Check-In, and found out we had to stay across the hwy in another bldg, not main lodge bldg. I expected better for $250/nite. Was told we could stay in main bldg as booked for $50 increase. Room across road was “old school”, with 1980s style room key and AC/Heating unit. Won’t be recommending.

Lancaster is a beautiful area to see the fall foliage and staying in this hotel made the trip perfect. Hotel very nice and loved the pool, hot tub and workout area.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is new, clean, big and spacious rooms. The staff were very nice and helpful. This was one of the best places we stayed on our trip to the area.

This hotel needs to come off list of properties. I got two bedroom suite and a queen room. Rooms are: Old, bathroom had mold around ceiling, heat vents rusty and falling off. Black on ceiling from ac and heat vent. Return vent was filthy. Food on closet floor. Towels were grey. Cracked tile in bathroom. Pull out couch was all frayed. I would take this off your list of properties. I am totally disappointed in my stay.
