Everything good, very nice hotel with welcoming and helpful staff. Good location too, only about 10-15 minutes walk from Whitby museum and art gallery and from Whitby town itself. No complaints, I was quite happy with my hotel room and breakfast was very good too.

I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world without ever making comment but this time I will. It is quintessentially Yorkshire charming. The location is also great for walking into town. Parking is easy and the staff are so very helpful.

Historic property so quite old fashioned. Room was a great size & very clean. Had good amenities albeit water pressure in shower was non existent & WiFi was poor. I had a lovely stay in this hotel. The property was a little dated but clean and well-maintained. It wasn’t right in the middle of town, but a comfortable walk away. Breakfast was lovely. It was table service, and the ladies who served breakfast were absolutely the best. The wi-fi was quite patchy.

Warm welcome on arrival, cleanliness excellent and the breakfast was to die for. Silver service breakfast at its best with really attentive and friendly waiting staff. Food was delicious with a continuous supply of tea coffee and toast if required. We had a really enjoyable stay and the breakfast set us up for the day! Private parking was a real bonus too with an easy walk into Whitby. All in all a Hotel to be recommended. Thank you Saxonville.
