It took 45 minutes to get us checked in (even though we had reservations), but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Why didn't someone tell us there was a coffee station on 3rd floor? We found out by accident.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. I couldn't figure out the t.v. remote nor could I figure out how to turn off the light behind the t.v. Thus I didn't sleep well. Was a little disappointed there wasn't a coffee maker in the room.

Room was clean, tub and fixtures were dated. Staff was great. Valet was included in our stay and the gentleman was awesome. Would recommend and stay again. 24hour food court was delicious and fairly priced. Drink prices were also fair.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was woken up at 8:00 a.m. by nonstop drilling coming from inside the hotel. The noise continued continuously and made it impossible to rest or sleep. This is a hotel and casino — not a construction site — and there was no disclosure at booking or at check-in that this would be happening. When I went to the front desk, I was told they “couldn’t do anything” because I booked through Hotels.com and that Hotels.com was supposed to inform me. That response is unacceptable. Construction noise originating from the property is the hotel’s responsibility, regardless of booking platform. There was no attempt to relocate us, stop the noise, or offer any compensation. The lack of accountability and guest service was just as bad as the noise itself. Being woken up early by drilling and then dismissed by staff completely ruined the stay. I would not recommend staying here unless you are comfortable being woken up early by construction with no warning and no support from management. Extremely disappointing experience.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly! I was happy that the elevators to the rooms were conveniently located right by the casino not having to go outside or walk a distance!
