The staff was friendly but understaffed for a busy weekend. The tv didn’t work- no pillows in my room- no towels. The rooms all smelled like cigarettes. It was one of the worst experiences ever!

There was no breakfast left either day of our stay. Nothing was restocked for anyone who wasn’t there at 6:30 to eat even though breakfast was until 10. Two staff were cleaning rooms well past midnight being very loud in the hallway making it difficult to sleep.

The property was dirty with trash piled up by the side entrance. There was a persistent odor of marijuana. I could ignore all of these complaints. I could not ignore the constant loud talking all hours of the night. I could hear whatever was happening in all surrounding rooms and those above me. At one point there was even a domestic dispute that the night manager had to break up.
