Beautiful rural house close to beach and amenities

Our house is a unique design with a Japanese flavour situated in a large garden of spray free vegetables, fruit and native trees. From our top bedroom there are peeks of the sea at beautiful Wharekaho Beach just 3 minutes walk away, while behind us is rolling farmland, home to a few friendly cows which sometimes roam the paddock across the fence. We have an open plan living room and kitchen which open onto decks on both sides where we often have breakfasts and barbeques. Guests are welcome to share vegetables from our well cared for garden. Your hosts Ross and Sumi will be in a caravan in a corner of the property and might sometimes need to maintain the property eg mow lawns etc. Please note that the upstairs bedroom is described as having a queen bed and a single futon. The futon is actually a single airbed as we were not given the airbed option by Vrbo in the bed selection option.

Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
