This was our second stay at this site and was very disappointed, the check in staff customer service needs improvement, totally opposite to our first stay here, also the room wasn't up to the same standard as the previous room we stayed in, we have a lot of family business to conduct in Whanganui over the coming months and our recent trip makes it hard for us to return to this Hotel
