Great B&B , Perfect location for beach. Karen and Richard are lovely hosts, they made us feel very welcome, we arrived as strangers and left a few days later as friends, Breakfast was so nice, with fresh fruit salad to start the day, cereal and of course your full English, The room we had was cosy and comfy. Would definitely return.

Excellent from start to finish. Immaculate room. Friendly staff. Top notch breakfast . We couldn’t ask for anything else. This place is in a suburb location with all amenities very close to hand. Would highly recommend to anyone.
