Fabulous location
This property could be totally stunning but is a little tired & could do with redecoration in parts.
There is mould where there shouldn’t be , ie in the showers, on window frames, on blind in lower floor bathroom.
The property was quite musty & stale smelling when we arrived, but we may have been the first people in there for a few weeks so we just threw the windows open.
Bedding was all clean & fresh.
Kitchen needs a deep clean & a bit of TLC re utensils & cooking trays. Kitchen chairs could do with replacing as they are looking a bit tired.
Kitchen floor needs a sand & revarnish.
Shower head in first floor shower needs a look at so that you don’t need to hold it when showering. Water pressure was excellent.
New carpets or hard flooring in sitting room area would be a real improvement.
I’m sure when this house was done up probably not many years ago it was truly stunning, but it really needs to be revisited.
The windows need a clean as they were very grubby to see the amazing view.
The courtyard garden was lovely.
This house absolutely grew on me as our week passed by. I could live here if l did the above work on it.
Would l stay here again? Yes, even with the few problems above, but it would be even lovelier if the above problems were rectified.
