Wholly unimpressed by this hotel. We paid £87 for one Saturday night in what was allegedly their gold standard room, which was meant to be the highest standard available. The price neither included breakfast nor parking, which for January was enormously expensive. The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been, check in was needlessly long and the bathroom tiny. What was a total nonsense was the half a roll of toilet paper included in the room, spare paper was available in a glass cabinet downstairs in reception, this was less than helpful at half past ten at night. A lot of work to be done here.

Wonderful family last min get away!

Lovely welcome from reception and easy to check in, parking was ok and understandable that there is only so much they can do to accommodate this with the land around the hotel, so it works once you get the concept. Amazing location right opposite the sea, we were lucky enough to have the sea view room to the front of the hotel too! Plenty of choice at breakfast with very well cooked choice and other items. Good well stocked bar too. Rooms are very clean with no concerns at all about the sheets etc, only gripe would be the pillows! They were awful as its like they have been washed and tumbled so all the filling has gone lumpy (they were all like this too as there was 5 of us in one family room) but having said that we didn't let it ruin the night away in a wonderful location. We would be more thna happy to return also.

On arrival, after signing so many pages of time and conditions, I’ve been asked for credit card details in case something happened in the room or something is missing? The floor in the room was making loud sounds(creak). No soap, no shower gel. Went to reception and asked if they can give me a one of these little tiny bottles of shampoo or shower gel, the answer was sorry this is only for gold room is yours is silver. They sent someone to the room to add soap but she couldn’t manage to open it so she left it the plastic bottle next to the sink.

Don’t ruin your holiday!

Location is the only good thing! Dirty room despite I asked twice to clean again my room when I checked in! The beds were damaged and the sleep was terrible. They charged me for 2 days of parking and i left after one night and they never refund the second day of parking.
