Staff were absolutely excellent, so easy to talk to and very down to earth. Breakfast was really good value and fresh. Our bed needed an upgrade as the middle legs were held with duck tap and wooden planks, the balcony was falling apart and would recommend staying off it, but other than that the room was fine. Great distance from everything and lovely view. Hot tub area was amazing and really clean and tidy, would recommend highly.

The room was a good standard no complaints. The hotel do offer parking but its like playing chess to get in and out. The bar was great and offer lots of entertainment. For me breakfast was amazing. Help yourself buffet style. You can have as much or as little interaction with the hotel as you like. I would remind people that this is a very busy hotel in a seaside town, so chances are you will be woken by people enjoying themselves through the evening. All in all great stay especially as a single female I felt very safe.

We booked a Gold seaview room. The views were beautiful and the balcony was a great touch to have morning coffee & a glass of wine of an evening. Staff were friendly on check-in/out. Car parking was tight, but not a problem.as we were out all day & utilised the free car parking over the road between 6pm & 8am. Very confusing to have check-in at the rear of the hotel when the facade lends itself to where it should be. The room itself was well equipped (hospitality tray, towels etc...). However, considering this was clearly a newly refurbished room, it was very sad to see damage (sporadic holes in the bathroom walls), and there was grime all around the inside of the shower tray base. Beautifully clean bedding but the mattress topper made sleeping on the mattress very uncomfortable. Overall, very positive 2-night stay as a base for a little getaway.

Room was ok, bathroom smelt very damp and musty. Hot breakfast was fine, limited choice of other thing, for instance no croissants/pastries. Tables in restaurant were not clean and felt very sticky. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Good location, right on the seafront. Hotel parking very limited alternative parking about a 15 minute walk away. Reasonable price but probably wouldn’t stay here again.
