Good choice for a guest house. Close to train station, 10 minute walk to centre of town, 20 minute walk to beach. All similar properties seem to be on edge of town, big hotels by seafront.

Just Perfect

Perfect. Holly lodge is just perfect. The room is small but spacious as they use all space saving storage. It was really clean and a comfy bed. Drinks provided, good communication. Ideal for our stay. Would definitely recommend

Very clean, room was smaller than expected, not really adequate for two people, would be fine for a lone visitor. Area a bit run down. Felt quite impersonal as no reception or staff in attendance for the entire visit.

It was accommodation only. We had key code to let you in. Didnt see the owner at all. Bedroom was small but adequate. Ensuite was small. Bed was not that comfortable but it was very clean.

Nice and clean place, but a bit of noise from the pipes disturbed my sleep. It is mentioned thst the place does breakfast for 5 £ however this is NOT correct, as they do not offer breakfast at all

It was a modern and spacious room with a kettle, fans for the heat and a fridge which was such a bonus. Tea and coffee in ample supply. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Definitely should be applying for four rooms as this B&B is special

Check in 4pm waste of day keys given room not ready breakfast 1/2 hr slot rooms grubby room noicy when going to toilet and putting light on .1 person done it all rooms breakfast cleaning .so breakfast cold toast out after breakfast .told us hes selling so no repect.would definitely not go back
