We had a wonderful half term spent at Laurel Farm.

We had a wonderful half term spent at Laurel Farm. We were greeted by Charlotte when we arrived and she took the time to show us around the lovely property, and was on hand throughout our stay to answer any questions we had.The farm is perfectly located for days out, and has everything needed to make our stay perfect! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Laurel Farm is a great base to visit attractions in Somerset.

Laurel Farm is a great base to visit attractions in Somerset. Charlotte the owner made us very welcome and had we needed anything else she was more than willing to help. We didn't need anything though as the cottage is very well equipped. We were very lucky with the weather and a sun lounger would have been nice but with the outdoor table and chairs and cushions I was able get quite comfy with my book! The garden is brilliant and our three teens had plenty of space to play football and volleyball and hide and seek. The house also had lots of space with nice big rooms and a great utility room, boot room and another general space to put your washing etc. The only thing to note is that the tv in the living room didn't always have a good signal but the larger one in the dining room was fine and there were some great dvds to watch so it didn't really matter. There's everything you need at the cottage such as hand soap, foil, bin bags etc even cutely labelled drawers with sellotape etc. ie the things you never are quite sure will be there or not! We were also left a delicious chocolate cake and milk, tea bags etc to start us off. If we were in the area again we would definitely come back!
