The memory foam bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy and warm when I arrived. I appreciated the heat being on when I arrived, since some hotel rooms I have walked into do not have the heat on to conserve energy, so you walk into a cold room.

I missed the cancellation window by 5 hours and it was due to an emergency at my workshop completely out of my control that prevented the trip from happening and the manager at hotel refused to waive fees (one nights stay), despite the many attempts of Hotels.com. I will never book with them again. My family and I supported this private owned hotel for many years and never will again.

Lovely older property that has clearly been maintained with love. I appreciated the high toilet (most hotel toilets are the short ones that are hard to use for those of us with long legs and bad knees). The linens were nice and it was comfortable and quiet. My only suggestion for any future updates is to add grab bars to the bath tubs since the sides are tall.

This seemed like a decent hotel and my room itself was fine. But although it was hardly full, I was sent to the very back on the second floor where I looked out onto a rooftop and where the internet effectively didn’t exist (I had to connect my laptop using a hotspot on my phone). It makes me wonder if they thought Expedia didn't charge me enough ($95, on a Wednesday) and I was punished accordingly.

That place doesneed a bar, everyone wants to get drunk in the bar then go to their room and cuss holler and fight and keep everyone in the hotel up all night, and not to mention we found a high blood pressure pill in the floor of our room when we checked into it, if that room had been rented to someone with a child and that child got ahold of that pill it could have killed them, housekeeping needs to do a better job, we wont stay there again.

Needed a place to stay after a college football game in town. Perfect location. Friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean. Stopped in the bar after the football game for a few cold ones and everyone was nice and fun to chat with. This place is a great bang for your buck spot!
