I want to now applaud Charles who rectified the noise situation and I was able to enjoy the rest of the stay. The other issue was no 2% milk available for entire breakfast time from 7am to 10am, on Sunday or Monday. Ensuring backup is important.

The thermostat situation was very difficult. The room would not go below 70 degrees all night and I was sweating while trying to sleep. In the morning the breakfast at 8:30am was completely swept through. No yogurts, no fruit. I didn’t have a lot of time so those quick pick up items were what I was relying on for a quick breakfast. Everything was empty and not restocked.
