A quiet dwelling with a view to Lake Erie from the deck. You will be about fifteen minutes to Chautauqua Institute. It is less than a mile to the marina. Just a short walk to Barcelona beach. Located in beautiful Chautauqua County right in the middle of the wine tour. Some of the most beautiful sunsets are over Lake Erie you will be able to enjoy. A good chance to see a bald eagle fly overhead. Plenty of fine places to eat with a tiki bar close by.

This is our second time staying at Dave's place. We always enjoy ourselves there. The Lake Erie weather can be iffy, but there's lots to do in the area. The rental is a very short walk to the beach. Awesome Property Near Lake Erie

We had the best time here! The property was quiet and peaceful and the host was super friendly and accommodating. There was a trail that went out to a beach area on Erie that could be utilized for walks and fishing. Everyone was super dog friendly and made us and our pups feel welcome. Would definitely recommend!
