Apartment may not be available on arrival

Arrived at 2pm could not access the building. The building has no hotel signage this apartment is not part of a hotel but is a private apartment in a residential block. It has no reception desk & no one to greet you with a key so we called the number on our booking details & was told to look for a key in a box on a wall with an access code. The box was empty - The previous guests should have left the key for us there but in stead they had taken the key with them to work & not yet vacated the property. We were given their phone number & arranged to meet the at the apartment when they were back from work at around 6pm. We helped them move out their belongings to speed things along & by 6:30pm we could at last move ourselves in. We had been given access to another apartment while we waited, however there was little point in us unpacking the car into & making our self at home if we then would have to pack up again to relocate 4hours later to the hounds of love.

Lovely central apartment

Great location and spotlessly clean. We would recommend and next time stay for more than one night. The apartment would really benefit from another mirror outside of the bathroom.

Nice flat with lovely views.

lovely clean modern flat, the owner was helpful. Only downfall....the sofabed was too small to accommodate two people, so uncomfortable sleep. Shocking that a charge was added for cleaning, this should be standard. There was hardly any cleaning as I put the dishwasher on and left in a tidy state!
