This hotel is conveniently located near the west Yellowstone entrance of the park. It was very noisy . We were on first floor near the elevator and equipment room and steps. Lots of tour groups use this hotel so lots of running up and down the steps. Either the walls and ceiling are really thin or the guests were really loud. Luckily that stopped at 10pm. Breakfast and breakfast attendant were nice!

We really enjoyed our time at the Lodge. At night it was quiet. The room was cleaned each day and clean towels replaced the used ones. The breakfast was generous and kept stock from 6 am to 10 am. The staff were very helpful.

Hotel staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful, but the property is showing its age and is not well maintained. I was looking for an outlet for a phone charger and found an entire pack of what appeared to be PopTarts thrown behind the nightstand. It had been there for quite some time along with a bunch of other food and garbage. Bathroom was dirty. Other than inside our room, the entire place reeked of pot smoke. Pool was full of sand/dirt. It was gross -- probably won't stay here again.
