Beds were comfy, plenty of towels. Very convenient to West Park Entrance. Unfortunately we found a shard of glass on our comforter and later part of a broken wine glass under the comforter. Bathrooms could use a little updating.

This place was wonderful to stay at. Easy to check in and out, beautifully decorated and they were very thoughtful about what might be needed by guests staying there. Close proximity to the National Park makes it easy to access the park but also retreat back to an air conditioned room at the end of the day. I would certainly stay here again.

Not your typical hotel! There is no lobby…instead you will receive a text with the codes to enter the building and your room. It was very clean and spacious. It’s close to a lot of amenities. And it’s very close to the entry to Yellowstone.

Extremely disappointed

A code was required to get in. I was not given a code and nobody would answer my calls. I was still charged. There has been no response and no help given from the company. The pictures of the room looked good but again I was not able to get in. There was no indication that there was no front desk and again they were supposed to send a code but never did.

The room was very nice, clean and had nice amenities. There were snacks and water available. We had no issues with the fact that the place is connected to an auto body shop. Zero noise was heard from anywhere. The only thing I’d ask for is tv directions. There were two remotes and no information/list on which channels were available. We’d definitely come back here to stay again.
