The property was amazing, housekeeping service was provided daily to pickup trash and provide clean towels. The beds were bit uncomfortable but other than that everything else was awesome.

This place has an amazing view and a good breakfast. The location isn’t ideal, as there isn’t much else around, the heart of West Yellowstone isn’t super far, so that’s a plus. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t very clean, and the bathroom smelled like an outhouse.

Staff was great, we were arriving late so I called ahead and was able to work it out getting the key as I don't believe the front desk is serviced at night. Property is about 20 minutes from Yellowstone west entrance so factor that in if thats your sole purpose of staying. Similarly, need to drive into West Yellowstone for most food options.

The hotel provided a good variety of amenities, which I appreciated. The room was spacious enough, although its age was noticeable in several places. The breakfast was very good.

Best place my family has stayed and enjoyed the great view on America's 250. Room was clean everyday and kitchen was helpful when making food to save money. My family's only down was the sofa needed more cushion and uncomfortable after long period of time. All in all we loved this place.

The breakfast was a good variety and since we were 20 minutes from any other breakfast and the kitchen and living room were bare bones . One hard sofa and small dining table in living area. Unusual decor but clean. Happy hour bar was across the street open for lunch and dinner. Lake is beautiful- weather rough for boating but enjoyed looking at it.

This is a convenient location outside of West Yellowstone. I will say we were a party of 5 for this trip and the room felt a little cramped, which certainly wasn't the hotels fault. Breakfast was fine, really no complaints about this hotel it's a solid option to stay at but I would say if you are a party larger than four You may appreciate different accommodations. But really friendly staff, good service, no complaints.

Great views across the lake, but very isolated...thank God for the Grill & Diner across the road by the lake, otherwise we would have gone hungry! No staff to answer any calls from outside the hotel! No facilities to put your luggage in hold if you want to collect it afterwards!!
