Would come back again

The room was all we needed to sleep comfortably for 4 nights. We liked that we had our own little private patio off our "cottage" suite. The only minor complaints we have are that parking near our room was tough to come by on a busy weekend, and the shower took a few minutes to get warm. Staff was kind and breakfast was good.

Room was a bit uncomfortable meaning that was smaller than other similar hotel rooms, but the beds were super comfortable! The staff were friendly and helpful! We couldn’t use the outdoor pool because it was dirty the water was green in some areas. The indoor pool water was questionable clean and freezing cold. Breakfast was good, multiple options!

The website mentioned that they have Ping-pang tables, but we were told that the tables were broken and not fixed yet. Also, it would be great if they can provided laundary, we can pay the laundary fee.

We stayed in a "cottage" which was direct access from the car, which I love. There was a small fridge and micro, but not a kitchenette, which I had been hoping for. 2 Queen beds, a desk & chair, and a decent sized tv. NETFLIX was included and I enjoyed and appreciated that. Indoor and outdoor pools. I had intended to use the outdoor one, but the weather turned cool due to an offshore hurricane. The pool was lit up at night with beautiful colors. I am returning in acouple of weeks with my brother and intend to use it then. All of the staff were very personable, too.

Aamazing family stay

We had an amazing family stay at Sunbird! The kids loved the playground, spent hours splashing in both the indoor and outdoor pools, and even tried out the tennis court. Everything felt safe, clean, and designed for families. Between the pools, play areas, and friendly atmosphere, this resort made our Cape Cod vacation so much fun for the whole family.

I’ve stayed here many times in the past but this time I decided to stay in the “cottage”. They are falling apart and you can hear everyone’s footsteps and doors shutting. Not worth the extra money. The rooms are way better and cleaner. Breakfast was great as always and outdoor amenities were too. They need to upgrade the cottages and stop charging so much for them.

We stayed in the Annex which is the old section. The floor in our room was absolutely filthy. Threw away socks and put shoes on whenever we had to walk around. Non smoking but could smell smoke in the room from other guests. Air conditioner was very loud as unit was old. However, bed was very comfortable. Would I stay here again? Not too sure!

I don’t know how I ended up in a Cottage. The room was very small with nothing but a king size bed. Very small bathroom, no chairs, no desk or table. I would not stay there again, it cost me $1000.20 for 3 nights! I left a day early!
