Welcome to a beautifully renovated and updated 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home that affords an amazing location for your next Cape Cod getaway, just a short distance from Colonial Acres Beach. This multi-level home comfortably sleeps 8 guests and offers water views from almost every room!

The stylish interior boasts hardwood floors and a new kitchen (2020) featuring a stunning, expansive wood center counter—perfect for preparing your favorite family meals. The addition of a new "kids room" (2025) on the ground level provides an ideal play space for the youngsters in your group. The second floor bedrooms promise a restful slumber with breathtaking views of the water. Sleeping arrangements include a queen room, a room with a full bed and a trundle single bed, and a third room with two twin beds. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is also located on the second floor.

Step outside to enjoy the serene waterfront nature views just a few steps away, perfect for epic bird watching. You can meander down the river to Lewis Bay, which is attached to Nantucket Sound, and take in the scenery of Great Island and the passing ferries sailing to and from Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The tranquil footbridge to Colonial Acres Beach also awaits your exploration right from your doorstep. The home is equipped with Central Air Conditioning (1st floor) and window units, Internet, and includes a convenient washer and dryer. Outside, you'll find a deck with furniture, a gas grill, and the essential outdoor shower.

Wonderful Vacation Home

The property was perfect for our family vacation. Everything was clean and well kept. The location was very pretty and within walking distance to the beach. A cart and beach chairs were available, which made things so much easier. The on site laundry was extremely helpful. It had all of the comforts of a beautiful home. We would definitely be interested in returning.
