Hotel is falling apart, the room had different lights through out the room, toilet needed to be flushed after you reach in to pull the flap up. 1 working elevator on one end of the building. Absolutely will not be staying here again

The room was in disrepair. Lights were out. My bed squeaked so loadly it would wake you up when you even moved an inch. We had to trade rooms and the second room was also in disrepair but the bed did not squeak. The beds were uncomfortable. The staff was not happy to help with our issues. The pool area was poorly kept. The food was subpar. I would never stay here again.

This hotel seriously needs a major upgrade. The elevator is broken and beat-up, the room is outdated as hell, the sink doesn’t even drain, and the bathroom looks like it hasn’t been touched in decades. It’s honestly unacceptable.

Power rooms are really, torn down and old. Only one in the elevator works, according to some of the employees it’s been months since it was repaired, but still not working. There’s a $20 fee on top of what I had already paid which is a restored fee. Supposedly it covers parking, housekeeping, and other things.- but there’s really nothing fancy about this place. The main building has better rooms.- the front desk employees are all new and barely know how to use the computer programs - Tower rooms - on the fifth floor stink like sweat and perfume. there’s no late check out - not even if you are willing to pay a fee $ - this place needs some Major Renovations-

Extremely run down conditions overall, elevators were terrible... Room was freezing cold and the heat portion wouldn't work, cold all night... They probably shouldnt be renting that tower out or any of the rest if its as bad....

Nothing worked! Elevators hardly work. The buttons don’t light up. Very scary. Had to walk 5 flights of stairs to get to room. My friend had back surgery so it hurt her to walk up the stairs. Ice machine didn’t work so I had to search on other floors for one that worked. No amenities in the room. Definitely will never book there again. Takes a week to get the deposit back.

This was not a great experience. And they wouldn’t help us out at all with rectifying the situation. Not only are the elevators unsafe, (THESE WOULD NOT PASS CODE) they shake when moving and the lights that light up the numbers are all out so you have to hope you made it to the right floor. We even got stuck once and there were NO interior lights so we were in the pitch black for awhile until we could feel our way to find the door open button. Our bathroom was also under construction, pieces of plastic were peeling off that were sharp and some tiles were torn up. We also didn’t have hot water and the blinds wouldn’t close all the way so the parking lot lights were blaring into our window all night.

Never staying here again, the rooms were so cold the heaters do not work !! my daughter got a cold because how freezing it was. Then on top of that I requested a smoke free room but just smells like pure cigarettes !!! The beds were so flimsy, tv has like no chanels. Never again so disappointed and then there’s a $50 holding fee on top of the room you pay for that’s never mentioned ! Like I should’ve payed $140 for best western they offer free breakfast so it’s so worth it and it’s super clean !!!
