There was no bath mat for the shower which i thought was pretty poor. The worst thing however was that there was a noise that reoccurred every 10-15 minutes - it was like something was sticking in the air conditioning ducting and there was some sort of friction screach. Very annoying when you are trying to get to sleep before a long haul flight early the next morning.

Convenient pre flight hotel.

Convenient for south terminal although a slightly longer walk than I expected which could be an issue for people with limited mobility. Large comfortable room. Good restaurant.

Terrible stay at the Hilton

I arrived for a 1 night stay, gave the desk my full name, reservation number, date paid and amount. After a couple of minutes, he looked at me then asked me again for my name which I gave him as well as the reservation number. Again waiting and then he insisted on seeing the email sent, why? He did not ask that of the couple before me, nor was the couple to my left asked for their email confirmation. The food, I specifically said no truffle fries or truffle on my food. When it came out, I took a bite and of the burger, its was saturated in truffle oil. I was vomiting all night. The’hot’ breakfast was COLD… the bacon had congealed fat on it, sausages tasteless and cold as was the beans, scrambled eggs were sitting it what looked like water and butter, it tasted watery and disgusting.
