We have stayed at this property 3 different times and this last time the room was not as clean as it should be there was a razor left in the shower and hair left in the sink and countertop and the floor felt gritty

The room appeared clean but after settling in we noticed the hard woods floors were dirty. Also some towels had spots and were discolored. The shower drain also didnt drain but that could be because the water pressure was great. Ok place if just passing through.

1. The racks in the bathroom behind/above toilet are coveted in rust. 2. The shower chair was fantastic. But getting into and out was not easy when have bad hips 3. Need a lighter weight and easier to move shower head. The screw to loosen it to move the one there up or down is too high and too tight to reach and move. 4. inadequate lighting. Not bright enough bulbs to read or work on sewing project. 5. Even being at the breakfast right at 630...eggs cold and watery. Sausages cold...not even lukewarm. Biscuits hard as a rock and gravy as thick as paste. 6. No salt available on breakfast buffet. 7. Good part..OJ IS COLD AND GOOD AND COFFEE IS EXTRA HOT AND EXTRA STRONG. PEACH YOGURT..MY FAVORITE.

Pretty sure we got the room they give to people who book online instead of just calling the front desk. Lesson learned. Outlets didn’t work, the furniture was so very stained (stains in all the wrong places of up know what I mean), bathtub didn’t drain, faucet was difficult at the sink, and there was mildew. Not staying here again.

Friendly staff

All of the hotel staff was smiling and friendly! They were helpful when needed. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was always good. Will stay there again!

No ELEVATOR!!!!!!

You definitely get what you pay for here. The room seemed to be clean but the stair and hallways were terrible. Also if you need an elevator dont come here because they dont have one. They let you know that as soon as you walk in with a sign at the front deck but the dont say anything when your on Hotel.com and i am sure they wont refund any money

So I thought I would give the review so others know what to expect. Some staff were very accommodating others not so much. The floor in the room was sticky as was the desk. The toilet bowl did not look clean and stained as well. The shower was nice but the tub filled up when you took a shower. We stayed from Monday to Saturday and the room was only cleaned in Friday. So we only got fresh towels when we went to ask for them. The breakfast place as very nice. Coffee with creamer available. Two types of juice. Scrambled eggs ( probably the kind that comes in a jug) they were well seasoned and tasted nice. Sausage patties. Biscuits and gravy, these things were available on a daily. They also had waffles to make and 4 types of cereal. Apples and bananas were sometimes available. There was also yogurt and muffins in the fridge. Toast and bagels were also available as were the toppings such as butter, Nutella and peanut butter. The pool was available but looked like it had not been cleaned in a week,bugs and debris floating around. Exercise room was clean and quiet and had a restroom of its own and a water fountain. The staff recommended nothing to do in the area which is fine they had a section by their vending machines with coupons and ideas of things to do,brochures and such. HBO was nice to have.

It was actually a really comfortable place to be. The breakfast was pretty good. Only thing I didn't like online. It did not say there with a pet deposit and it said it was pet friendly but did not say he had to do a deposit.I picked it because it didn't say you had to do a deposit so it was misleading.

The room was not that clean. The bedding smelled clean and the towels were clean. The chair in our room looked like it had never been cleaned and had alot of stains. Under the cushion was a bunch of food. Bathroom floor was dirty even had coins in it so no way it was actually mopped. Breakfast was good tho
