The room seemed to be clean. They did not make up the beds after our first night. The tv remote would turn on the tv and adjust volume but would not change channels.

Well let’s say, ice machine and elevator was broken, coffee pot broken, towels smelled, floor by toilet had stains, room phone blinked all night,, no knives at breakfast, bathroom sink stopper missing. By pass this place.

Walls were super thin. Very noisy people beside us and upstairs. My mom uses a walker and we didn’t know ahead of time about the no elevator. We ended up leaving a day early as well.

Second time staying here. This time the stay was as nice. The bed felt like sleeping on plywood, it was very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast cold or verily warm (eggs, sausage, gravy and the biscuits were hardly warm. Breakfast started at 6:30 am and we arrived at 6:35.
