During my stay at the hotel, the bed in my assigned room was terrible. It squeaked every time I moved, and I honestly thought it was going to break. A bed in this condition should not be in a hotel room and really needs to be replaced.

I have stayed 3 times in this property. I know I have to come ready to clean the room and the bathroom myself :( before even using them because they have been always dirty. They need to improve the quality of housekeeping. This last time the elevator was broken for 3 days!!! Not ok. Microvawe only would work if nothing else was plugged or the breakers will fail. I suspect bedbugs live in there as well. Mattress are very uncomfortable. I hope I don’t have to use this property again

Elevator was out of order. When I arrived in my first room there were little bugs and cockroaches on the floor. The front desk staff was very helpful and assigned me to another room. Figure a hotel should have an ironing board and iron in each room but had to get it loaned from the front desk.
