Not my favorite, but not terrible
The property was very clean and was laid out as described, but I think it should be made clear that the second “bedroom”/living area offers little privacy. It closes with a barn door-style rolling door that is about 4”-5” off the wall (I could stick my arm through on both sides). The bathroom “door” is a glass, swinging shower door. For people like me, those things are important. The other item of note is that the Vrbo unit is under a rental unit. You don’t know who is going to be staying above you when you rent, there is no guarantee it won’t be a family with a little one running around at 6:00 a.m. Again, this is not a bad thing, but I think it should be made clear in the listing. For example, the day we showed up the air conditioning had shorted in the apartment upstairs. The people renting it were very kind, but the guy tried following me into the Vrbo to see for himself if it still had AC even though I’d already told him it did and I wasn’t worried about it. Had I been staying there alone, that would’ve really bothered me.
