ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT Access and Termination of Occupancy: Access to the premises is strictly limited to the duration of the valid reservation, and the right to occupancy shall terminate automatically upon the maturity, cancellation, or breach of the reservation terms by the Guest. Any unauthorized access or overstay may be subject to additional charges and legal action.
