Great Property in a Sketchy Neighborhood

The property is well-maintained and equipped with useful amenities. Communication with the owner was excellent, and everything was clean. However, we left a day early because we did not feel safe walking our small dogs in the neighborhood. Two houses away there were multiple police cars, serving a warrant for arrest. We could not find a restaurant willing to deliver to the neighborhood, so clearly there have been problems with driver safety. The host is wonderful and the property would be fantastic, if it were in a different location.

Nereida’s Cottage - Diver’s Delight!

We spent a week scuba diving at the Blue Heron Bridge and Nereida’s Cottage was an excellent location and accommodation. The host was thoughtful and responsive to any question we had while enjoying the location. Just 5 minutes to the dive shop and another 3 minutes to the bridge, it couldn’t get any better. We look forward to returning in the future!
