They don’t offer breakfast, the room was not clean, asked for an extra towel and said could not help cause housekeeping went home, holes and stains in all linens. Called Hotels.com and the said that breakfast was not in the booking, they offer it on app but in reality they don’t at all, Hotels.com also said to complain to manager and the manager said that’s how all the rooms are. We also had 2 different people living in their cars staying on the property next to our truck.

The day before I visited Florida I had a fraud alert charge from this hotel. When I arrived the next day they told me I already checked in, even though my reservation was for Thu-Sun. They claimed it was updated to Wed-Sat. The room was covered in cigarette burns and what looked like rust or blood all over the tub and toilet. We immediately left.

This hotel is filthy, bathroom was disgusting lots of stains throughout the carpet. The room smelled like mold and old. I book a room for the night, i ended up leaving the property after a short time and i booked another room on a different hotel i was having allergies from the carpet had a hard time to breathe. And the hotel manager refused to give me a refund.
