Michelle the front desk assistant was great. Super helpful, looked out for us and accommodated our short notice late reservations. The room could use an upgrade. The shower didn’t work and the bed linens were a bit raggedly. But overall, acceptable for one quick overnight while traveling.

These are also apartments with not so upstanding citizens living there. Neighbors next to us fighting at 3am, roomed smelled like marijuana from it seeping through the walls. On a busy road with loud cars and stereos thumping, rattling are windows. Won’t stay again

Awful stay. I booked a room with 2 beds. I arrive and they tell me they only have a room with 1 bed since they over booked. They offered zero compensation. They advertise Wifi but that only exists in the reception office. Room had a stale smell and the shower had mold. Immediately demanding a full refund for this terrible stay.

The Queen's Lodge Motel is an older motel in a very busy part of West Palm Beach, Florida. But it was clean and comfortable and very close to the port. It filled our needs. We would stay again.
