The property also includes two separate rear cottages, which may be rented separately. If they happen to be occupied during your stay, the outdoor amenities are shared.

Set on a quiet cul-de-sac, the House feels both elegant and laid-back — pleasantly secluded, yet only a short drive from downtown West Palm Beach, Nora, the airport, Palm Beach Island, and the waterfront. Northwood Village, with its restaurants, cafés, antique stores, and interior design shops, is within easy walking distance — just four short blocks away.

House Guidelines
Please note: this is not a party house. All events must be approved prior to booking and are subject to a different pricing package. Please inquire about your event and we’ll be glad to share more.
– The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and part of the stay
– Only registered and approved guests are permitted on the property
– No DJs, amplified music, fireworks, or professional sound equipment
– Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
– No smoking, vaping, or drug use anywhere on the property
– No weapons
– Well-behaved, fully house-trained dogs may be considered for an additional pet fee. Breed and size must be confirmed before booking.
– The property is not child-proof. While we very much love kids, we have not set up the property to protect them from harm. Parents who bring small children will be required to watch them at all times, especially around the pool. Please let us know prior to arrival if you will need access to a pack ’n play.
